Specifics about what data this website gathers, how it's used, and what it does not collect or share. Policy effective as of September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects six data points: gender, birth date, self-assessed health, tobacco use, death benefit amount and coverage duration. These answers travel to the carriers' quoting system to generate rates and are not retained by this site. Name, address, phone and email are not gathered for viewing quotes. Repeat requests with identical information may be retrieved from temporary storage to avoid extra quoting service requests.

Applying

Once you submit an application, your information prefills the secure application on the carriers' protected system, where their own privacy rules apply. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agent (License 0B75129), oversees the application.

The contact form

Your message through the contact form requests your name, email, an optional phone number, your communication preference, the subject category, and your message content. The agency receives this by email and responds using your email address. This website does not retain copies, maintain a message database, or record what you wrote. Before transmission, a quick anti-abuse system runs on your device.

Measurement

Visit measurement on this site uses privacy-respecting methods: cookies are not stored, and your IP address is partially masked before storage. Page referrers are anonymized, data is kept only 90 days, and browsers flagged with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preferences are completely excluded from measurement.

What we do not do

Our commitment: we don't purchase or trade visitor information, we don't deploy tracking pixels or behavioral analytics. Third-party code is limited to the application platform, which appears only when you navigate to the application section.
