How to read the results

Rate per month shows the carrier's monthly premium for your chosen amount, duration and health classification. Health classification identifies the underwriting tier that quote is calculated on; the carrier validates it after underwriting. Exam requirement indicates if the carrier will order a paramedical exam; accelerated programs frequently waive exams for eligible applicants. Financial rating is the carrier's A.M. Best strength rating.
